Reigning With Him


For is Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ, the first fruits: afterward, at His coming, those who belong to Christ. Then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to God the Father, when He abolishes all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign until he puts all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy to be abolished is death. For God has put everything under His feet. But when it says 'everything' is put under Him, it is obvious that He who puts everything under Him is the exception. And when everything is subject to Christ, then the Son Himself will also be subject to the One who subjected everything to Him, so that God may be all in all. 1Cor 15:22-28
 
We are in the time when all things, all enemies of Christ are being put under His feet. We partake in this process as we conqueror sin, sickness, all the things that come against us.
We are not just saved individuals hanging on for grim life, we are partakers in His victory and as such we must go our there and conqueror.
 
There is nothing worse than being around empty, lifeless shells. We are living stones built up into a dwelling. A living house, full of the life and vitality of God, not living in fear of the latest conspiracy theory.
 
I am a responder to God, not a reactor to life. As I respond to God I rise above this life and its challenges. I take victory, territory for the kingdom of God.
 
Jesus is the Name above every names, the King of kings and we are invited to sit beside Him on His throne and rejoice in the victory He has won. The Father has subjected all things to Him and we are beside Him, we are partakers in victory. Act like it! Amen!

For it is written: 'He will give His angels orders concerning You, to protect you, they will support You with their hands, so that you will not strike Your foot against a stone.' Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
