Walking Humbly

The reflections of the heart belong to man, but the answer of the tongue is from the Lord . All a man’s ways seem right to him, but the Lord evaluates the motives.  Commit your activities to the Lord , and your plans will be achieved.
Proverbs 16:1‭-‬3 HCSB

We and the Lord are so different. I will think according to experience and what i know. If my experience is of God being Lord, then my thoughts will be closer to His. However, He says His His thoights are higher than mine, His ways different to mine. (Is 55:9) i am a finite being, He is infinite. I can only begin to know His thoughts from all time.

As stuff happens to me and my world, some of it tears my heart apart, some not so. If i speak out of this pool then hurt is twined about it, it  is not pure. However, i can only trust Him for the big picture. My God.is big, bigger than now.

My way will seem right to me but as God evaluates thenheart notive he may see pride. Not good! I may jendeceived intomthinking I am being humble, but He is not fooled. Amen!

How.then can I proceed? By committing my way to the Lord, stopping in my tracks and allowing Him to.direct, then my plans will be achieved. Amen!
