He is My Answer

But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! Therefore, my dear brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always excelling in the Lord’s work, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.
1 Corinthians 15:57‭-‬58 HCSB

Yesterday I sensed I had hit another funnel. Nothing was happening. I had hit another wall. Why? I think it is time for me to go deeper and learn the Lord's strategies. I sent more money to Nepal and bought air tickets for February. I am going to spend time with those who minister to ministers in the villages in Nepal. I am stepping into the car that says: 'we are part of the answer'.

I have a dear friend in Japan who is struggling with neighbours in establishing a church and needing funds. There are needs everywhere. Yesterday I went to a council tidy towns meeting and watching people who don't know God struggle to maintain there hold on their territory.

Without Christ, all is futile. Unless I live for Him, I waste my time. He must be God, ruler supreme. He must be my motivation, my answer.

In this chapter in Corinthians Paul is a dressing Godless beliefs. The Corinthians had started to believe false doctrines about the dead not being raised. Paul was standing form on the basic facts of the gospel. Jesus died amd Rose again to new life. He was the forerunner. If I base my life on any other gospel, I lose. However, if I stand firm in my faith in the ressurection, I win.

Without a ressurection I merely live for now. This would make me bereft. Eternity is what shapes all I do. It calls me forward to a glorious future with my Lord. Salvation from the horrors of he'll is only the first part but living with my God forever, now that sings. Amen!
