The God of Peace

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13 HCSB

If we are wanting hope and wonder where to find it, it is in our God. As we trust in Him He fills us with joy and peace and then we overflow with hope. No striving here. Hope is found in relationship with our God.

The hope that comes from our God is not as the world gives. This hope has meat on its bones, it has substance it is full of joy and peace.

The important thing is to look upon Him rather then be led astray by our feelings or circumstances. This takes practice and is worthwhile learning as there is no better source of life and peace than in harmony with our God. Amen
