Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on the right paths.

The Lord is worthy to be trusted. Test Him now amd see, He is good! Our own understanding is wrongly coloured with disappointment, anger, resentment, faithlessness, all manner of upsets. Bit He is consistent and never loses sight of the goal.
The right path is one our wise God sees and knows to be good for us. It is not tainted with lust and selfishness but with love and a good outcome.
No plan I make is better than His. He is above and beyond all I can ask or think. He is there first. He has the big picture in mind. My view is my current and pressing need.
