Draw Joyfully

You will joyfully draw water from the springs of salvation,
Isaiah 12:3 HCSB

If I inherited a spring of water, I would delight in visiting it, swim in it, draw water from it and watch all I watered flourish. This would bring me joy. I have such a spring in salvation and it is all mine.

I can water my world with hope and joy; thanksgiving and gratitude; faith and patience and best of all love and humility.

The Holy Spirit is the well and He is all of these things combined. I need to keep my mind on Him instead of problems and negativity. If I, instead, water my world with His grace and mercy, what a good place it would be.

Today I saw a photo with a motto on it: treat others not as bad as they are but as good as you are. I would like to change that to: treat others not as bad as they are but as good as God is. I know there are many times I am not good. Amen!
