Hebrews is such a good book and the writer presents a compelling case for Christ
In this chapter the author covers many topics: the Jewish faith, staying true to Christ, endurance of faith, growing in faith and much more. It is a veritable feast.

Confession of faith is saying: "I am born again and trust my God for my life." Yet the out working of this confession comes down to experiences, challenges and circumstances. What will I say if such and such happens? Often, like Peter, we are sure we will never waver in our faith, only to find we do.

Wavering in faith gives us a reality check and an opportunity to 'strengthen the limbs that hang down' as the author of the book puts it.

The good thing to remember is repentance is never far away. If we fail and miss the mark, repent and move on in God's grace. Amen!
