This is always a challenge. We are offended and rise up inside to lash out. Yet there is always, always, a better way. Keeping a cool spirit takes effort, it takes submission to the Holy Spirit.
Several years ago there was a movement WWJD (what would Jesus do) it was good in that people had various bracelets with the initials on and they contemplated their mantra before acting out.
At times I would like to buy a whole batch and hand them out to politicians and people on social media, they are vicious.
As Christian's we are the light and need to shine in the darkness, not join it. How would God have us behave? Jesus told us to take His yoke upon ourselves and learn from Him for He is meek and humble and gentle of heart.
So...yoke up! Amen!
