sing your heart out

Let the peace of Christ keep you in tune with each other, in step with each other. None of this going off and doing your own thing. And cultivate thankfulness. Let the Word of Christ—the Message—have the run of the house. Give it plenty of room in your lives. Instruct and direct one another using good common sense. And sing, sing your hearts out to God! Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way.
Colossians 3:15‭-‬17 MSG

One thing I know is that worship lifts burdens and heaviness. After a bad night from a visitor of fear, I was heavy this morning. I put on worship music and talked to the Father. The burden lifted as I set my heart to worship it away.

Today I attended a funeral and it was a testimony of God's goodness. Many unsaved attended and heard the gospel. My friend had planned the funeral down to the very last detail. What a song of praise it was.

Bringing God into the situation changes all the parameters. Amen!
