Forgiveness

““But I say to you who listen: Love your enemies, do what is good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭27‬-‭28‬ ‭HCSB‬‬

Forgiveness is needed! Forgiveness softens the hardened hearts. Forgiveness cleanses. Forgiveness rescues the bound.

It is said a bully bullies because they were bullied. Bullies need God’s touch. They need to know God’s softened and forgiveness. Pray for your bullies!

As we forgive we are set free from a hardened heart, we are healed in our bodies. Forgiveness is good for our souls. Forgive tody! Amen!

Little Things Grow

The boy's mother said to Elisha, "as The Lord lives and you yourself live, I will not leave you. So he got up and followed her. 2 Kings 4:30 The Shunamite woman had travelled to Mt Carmel to find Elisha after the death of her son. Although Elisha had sent his servant Gehazi to the boy with his staff the woman had come to find Elisha and was not leaving without him. I like this lady's spirit. I am sure The Lord God Almighty also valued her heart. She had a heart for God and made room for Him in her world. Now, having lost her son she knew what to do: find Elisha and not let him go until he came to restore her son. What made the Shunamite woman believe that Elisha could raise her son? Was it the same faith that made her provide him a place to stay in her home? I believe it was God working in her life. I am grateful for her faith, I can read and be encouraged.
