Praise

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Worry is our first reaction, we can train ourselves to pray first. When I need to make a change I ask the Holy Spirit to help me. Sometimes I pray, “Holy Spirit please remind me before I react”. He does!

The next step, Paul says, is to praise God for all he has done. Praise releases peace. Now, we all want that!

Today I offered to do a presentation at my astronomy club next Saturday. They were grateful as people to do speeches are hard to find. Who knows what God will do!

Tonight is our last open night during country music here in Tamworth. My role is small, but I am the first face the visitors see. I make sure it is a good meeting. I welcome with a smile and go further making sure that everything they will need, especially for parents, are right there.

During the talks, which can be technical, I circulate and show children things they may overlook. They enjoy the process.
