“And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day there will be one Lord—his name alone will be worshiped.”Zechariah 14:9 NLT
This is a prophesy about Jesus. Although many mock Him, many more receive Him as Lord and saviour. In these last days many are coming to Christ all over the world. Scripture also prophesies about the coming Millennium when Jesus will reign as king over all the earth. That day will be a glorious day. Satan will be bound for all that time and many will have an opportunity to crown Him as saviour as well as Lord.
However, right now is a day when we need to receive Him. The Father seated Jesus at His right hand after He ascended to heaven. The cross did not destroy Him, the cross destroyed the power of sin for all who believe in Him. God raised Him from the dead. He is the strength we need, He is our victory.
Today I travel back to Nepal. Nepal needs Jesus as much as Australia does. It needs His beauty, His joy and freedom, not religion and noise. His healing and deliverance is far better than western dollars, yet, western dollars will be used to aid the poor.
Lord show me Your ways! Amen!
