This is so God's multi-faceted wisdom may now be made known through the church to the rulers and authorities in the heavens. Ephesians 3:10
God had a divine plan that men did not fully understand in all the years God's people anticipated a redeemer but thought He would be an earthy king who would deal with those who afflicted them.
Paul was teaching and preaching the truth that the plan was all about God's grace. Him reaching out to us with mercy, motivated by a heart filled with love.
The rulers and authorities in the heaven lies need a lesson about the truth of the gospel. It is simple, full of grace and mercy and also packed full of power. Power to set captives free, deliverance to those in bondage, healing to all those wounded and ill.
Our God is an awesome God. His ways are so much better than ours, His plans so much fuller than we could ever imagine. Amen!
