Today is Mother's Day. Today women are celebrated in some way. It could be jist a loving hug and childish drawing from a little 3 or 4 year old or time for an 86 year old. Yet, one cherishes more a Godly mother who knows her God and follows His ways.

The love of a small child is a blessing. Little tots do it best. As we age we learn about us and become selfish and forget to cherish our patents. Cherishing parents is important.

My mum who is 86 is blessed that all her children are alive and love her. So many mother's have lost their children and today will be painful for them.

No matter where we find ourselves, we need to rejoice that God has a family for us in His church and more importantly eternity. Feeling sorry for ourselves because we don't have the ideal is a waste of space. Don't conform to a world ideal, keep your eyes on Jesus. Amen!
