The Good Shepherd

“I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd puts the sheep before himself, sacrifices himself if necessary. A hired man is not a real shepherd. The sheep mean nothing to him. I have seen many wage earners who attend their place of work to do the least amount of work possible, just to be paid an income to spend on themselves.

I have also seen workers who go the extra mile because they genuinely care.

If these workers were nurses in the emergency department, which one would you prefer to care for you?
