Keep Asking

“So I say to you, keep asking, and it will be given to you. Keep searching, and you will find. Keep knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who searches finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead of a fish? If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him? ” Luke 11:9‭-‬11‭, ‬13 HCSB

Chapter 11 deals with prayer. The disciples had asked Jesus how to pray. Firstly He gives them the Lord's Prayer and then goes on with the above. Why did Jesus instruct them to be persistent in prayer if it was not important?

I have caught this: I have a list and daily pray my list; my list grows. I am seeing answers to prayer. Hard, immovable things are softening, changes are being done.

Pray with all diligence and see God's Kingdom come! Amen!
