This is a prophetic statement. I hear a lot of these at New Year's Eve and at other momentous occasions. Does it mean all the hearers will be blessed? No! It depends on the individual. Do they have faith when they hear?
Where are you at? Do you know the timing of the prophesy? Is it now or later? How much later?
