Not having a guilty conscience gives a lightness to your steps, a freedom to your mind.
Having a heart towards God bring freedom.
When we walk in the light, as He is in the light we have fellowship with one another. We don't need to avoid people because we are clean.
A clean heart is so satisfying, much better than winning a games, overcoming personal obstacles, receiving a gift. When you are free you don't have an 'axe to grind'.
When I seek God's Kingdom and His righteousness then everything else is added besides.
