Lord God, my strong Saviour,
You shield my head on the day of battle. Psalm 140:7
Our battle field is in the mind, it is there we are attacked. Our malevolent enemies: accuser, spirit of heaviness, tempter, liar all come at our mind.
A Christian has a helmet of Salvation which we must put on daily. We must put on the mind of Christ or we will fall for anything.
The Lord is our shield but only if we choose Him above all other.
We must choose what the word of God says over all other voices and not only that we must speak it out.
Today is a good time to start. Shoot laziness out the door and take up your sword, which is the word of God. Speak it out!
