He IS My Refuge

I will say to the Lord , “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.” He Himself will deliver you from the hunter’s net, from the destructive plague. He will cover you with His feathers; you will take refuge under His wings. His faithfulness will be a protective shield. You will not fear the terror of the night, the arrow that flies by day, the plague that stalks in darkness, or the pestilence that ravages at noon. Though a thousand fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, the pestilence will not reach you. You will only see it with your eyes and witness the punishment of the wicked. Because you have made the Lord — my refuge, the Most High — your dwelling place, no harm will come to you; no plague will come near your tent. For He will give His angels orders concerning you, to protect you in all your ways.
Psalms 91:2‭-‬11

In this day when trouble comes upon the Lord's people from all angles we must trust the Lord, keep Him ever before our faces and refuse to listen to the taunts of our enemy.

Tonight I read a testimony of a very brave woman who defied the ISIS and took sustenance to those suffering. When they came against her she stood up to them and said she was not afraid because 'greater was He who was with her than who was on their side." At gunpoint she witnessed to the leader who went away in tears. When we release our God to be great He shines. He said: " if I be lifted up I will draw all men to Me!" I know He was lifted up on a cross but every time I make room for Him, He shines.

The scriptures are real! Stand up Christian, strengthen the limbs that hang down, quit crying and complaining and give Him room! Amen!

Yesterday I thought I had to find $50,000 to obtain a degree. Today I found out I get credit for prior learning, have only 2 units of study to do at a cost of $6,000 and so will have it done by the time I am 65! (Next year)

Today I took my bank in hand and asked for a better deal. When I did not get it I walked and found a better deal.

I believe, I confess and I do! Amen!
