Fight the Good Fight

Fight the good fight for the faith; take hold of eternal life that you were called to and have made a good confession about in the presence of many witnesses.
1 Timothy 6:12 HCSB

Are you aware that you are in a fight? You have an enemy, His name is Satan, and He comes to kill, steal and destroy. How will defend yourself? The book go Revelation says; 'they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony. (Rev 12:11) . The apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:11 to put on the full armour of God.

Our faith is the prize. Our enemy wants us defeated and not believing anything that the word of God says. Daily bible reading and prayer along with good fellowship will sustain us.

Eternal life is what we are called to. It is our hope and future. We have a treasure in earthern vessels. A prize awaits us.

As we confess our faith, those who have gone before us watch and rejoice. Amen!
