A loose mouth is trouble. We can get into such trouble with a mouth connected to our emotions. Remember what Jesus said, " if the eye is full of light, then the whole body is full of light; if the eye is full of darkness then the whole body is full of darkness. If the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness. Matt 6:22,23

A heart charged with wrong reactions, because the eye that filters everything is dark, is going to spew forth an evil report and in the process destroy precious friendships, worse still it will take the lives of precious people.

In Australian politics we see men and women shredding the character of those they oppose to win an argument; in America they kill many innocent people because of a bad eye.

People take risks with alcohol, drugs and speed because of a bad eye. The world they view is against them and to ease the pain they do stupid things.

There is only One answer, Jesus! He is the restorer of my soul, the balm, the healer, the peace giver. Amen. Seek Him!
