Seeing these words and locking in on prosperity alone misses the point and shows us what our hearts desire is. Whereas Jesus said: seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you. Matthew 6:33
However, we can expect that as we seek God first He will bless us abundantly. He will bless us with provision, relationships, health but most importantly His presence.
The best form of prosperity is spiritual prosperity. Do you long for the power of God in your life? I do! I want miracles and signs and wonders. I want to take souls to eternity and see His fame spread.
The biggest barrier we have is self-centeredness. We cannot be god and call Jesus Lord. We must lay down our life, take up our cross and follow Him. Our cross can be family difficulty, and trust Him for the outcome. Amen!
