Trust The Lord

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on the right paths. Don’t consider yourself to be wise; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. This will be healing for your body and strengthening for your bones. Proverbs 3:5‭-‬8 HCSB

Just as a child does not need to consider himself to be the bank, as he can trust his parents to support him so can we trust the Lord to be the bank of wisdom for us.

It is only when we become elated with self and think we have done all the winning that we lose the ability to trust as a little child would.

Jesus told us to be as little children. We can trust our God to be there for us.

This does not mean that we do not study and work hard, but the wise answer belongs to the Lord. It is He who gives us the victory.

I have just completed a graduate certificate in financial planning and I had to trust the Lord for that passing. It definitely does not mean I have all the answers.

No amount of study will make me wise as the wisdom of God. His wisdom is best and I can trust Him for this. Amen!
